Check in with your day
Rate your day from rough to great with a single tap. If you have a moment more, pick up to three feelings that describe it, from calm and grateful to tired, stressed or sick. Real days are rarely just one thing.
Write it down
Keep a private journal for your thoughts, and note up to three things you're grateful for each day. The gratitude overview shows you a past moment to look back on and the little things that keep coming back in your life.
Keep track of what matters to you
Track only what is useful to you:
- Sleep: when you went to bed and when you woke up
- Habits: tick off the habits you're building
- Water: count your glasses through the day
- Period tracker: flow, symptoms and how you feel, with a monthly overview
- Weekly mantra: one intention to carry through your week
- Goals (beta): break yearly goals down into quarterly and monthly steps, and reflect when a period ends
See your patterns
Insights turns your entries into simple charts for the last 7 days, the week, the month or the whole year. See how your day rating changes, which feelings come up most, how you sleep, and how consistent your habits are. Nothing is a score, and nothing is a test.

Is MyReflect free?
Yes. MyReflect is free to download and use on Google Play. There are no ads.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start right away. Your entries then stay on your phone, protected by a password you set. You can create an account later if you want your entries stored in the cloud.
Is my data private?
Your entries are yours. We never sell your data, and the app contains no advertising or tracking. Without an account, your entries stay on your phone. If you create an account, they are stored with our backend provider. The privacy policy explains exactly what is stored and where.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Without a connection you can still see your recent entries and add new ones. They sync automatically once you're back online.
Which devices are supported?
MyReflect is available for Android phones and tablets through Google Play.
Is MyReflect a medical app?
No. MyReflect helps you notice how you're doing. It does not diagnose, treat or replace advice from a doctor or therapist.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your account and data directly in the app. If that doesn't work for you, send us a message with the topic "Delete my data" using the contact form below.
